I assume "E" = "economy" and "I" = "Business?"

Are you stopping in MEX? Are you really in NH economy one the water, but business class for the NRT-PEK leg? Are you stopping in NRT?

I thought since this is an interline ticketing, I should get 70lb * 2 all the way
Mixed-cabin tickets are notoriously tricky for luggage allowances. If you're stopping in MEX, I don't think you'll get 70 lbs on the UA-operated legs. Do you have status with UA? Is your origin in the US?
