Conrad BB has direct rates inclusive of breakfast, dinner, boat transfer, etc. It's questionable if PMG would work here, but at the very least you could email the hotel to see if they're willing to let you book direct for the same rate (showing proof of the exact booking you want). Most hotels will likely accommodate, since it's more money in their pockets rather than paying commission to an OTA (or in this case, Costco). Worth a shot and would immediately solve your problem.
