I called up BA to rebook using two future travel vouchers (same PNR) and the agent was convinced she had to charge me a £10 booking fee per person for booking over the phone? Was the agent correct to try and charge me the £10 booking fees?
At one point we were supposed to charge it then the decision was reversed.
