I saw the development re: backtracking on the UK/France exemption. It's just hard to tell what's political posturing versus the final position, and I think that will become clear only closer to the end of the next two weeks.
Indeed! Belgum is negotiating with neighbouring countries as we speak and we (I am Belgian) should get some sort of news by next week. Will keep you in the loop!
In the meantime, and since we are talking about "where are you going next = where can you go next", just look at the policy from Norway. One can only hope, from a purely traveller's point of view that this will not become the norm.

IMHO the EU Commission approach makes much more sense (open mutual borders/air corridors between member states which are in a similar stage of the epidemic and where hospitals will be able to take care of extra covid infected tourists when necessary, .... ).
