Indeed! Belgum is negotiating with neighbouring countries as we speak and we (I am Belgian) should get some sort of news by next week. Will keep you in the loop!

IMHO the EU Commission approach makes much more sense (open mutual borders/air corridors between member states which are in a similar stage of the epidemic and where hospitals will be able to take care of extra covid infected tourists when necessary, .... ).
