Unless you accept to be rebooked via PVG/PEK there will be no other alternative than to cancel/refund (and G knows when you will receive a refund these days).
Do you know what the EU Regulation says about that? Do I have the right to Claim beeing rebooked with SQ in order to avoid a delay of 13 hours?
