Flew Concorde from NYC to Heathrow on Wed, Aug 27. First time on the Concorde. Food was great, service was attentive. Ck'd out the catalog of keepsakes offered, when the steward arrived to take my order, was advised, "we dont have any more Concorde items, we can ship to an EU address." Geez, that's great, I wanted to by a few keyfobs and paperweigh "only available on the plane." HMM, major bummer, ok well at least I would receive the certificate, stationary, and Cross pen with logo. NOPE, they were OUT THE THE CERTS, PENS AND STATIONARY. You know, its not that complicated, if the plane holds 100 passengers, keep 100 certs, pens and stationary packs onboard. Get a clue BA!
