They screw over loyal customers, which means they get no loyalty.
We currently use Länsförsäkringar and have had nothing but good experience so far. And they have no problem letting us take our cars to the dealer workshops, which are never the cheapest...
Moderna has the free choice of workshop for the cars which is great. My friend is using Länsförsäkringar and she said she is paying 3000 a year for her car which is dirt cheap, one of mine is like 3x that. She told me that she gets a good deal because they have bank account etc. them but it still comes out more expensive for our cars.

I'm a pretty happy customer at Folksam, got all my insurances bundled there and get quite nice discounts for that. So far, every time I do a comparison they come out competitive both on price and coverage.
btw, banks in Sweden suck in a similar way but banks in Germany are MUCH worse

I never get good price with Folksam - maybe it's area dependent? For banks in Sweden I use Skandia so I don't have to see anyone and everything is online, DKB is pretty ok except the trouble to get the TAN app to work - took us 3 months to get it started. Charge back and response time with DKB is great.
