No doubt but the issue appears to be that VS is not really issuing any refunds or darn few on the airline side (the only reports I have seen are holiday packages where I guess UK law is rather tough). I mean even TAP who has been pretty horrendous (I am dealing with them too) has recently started getting their act together.
