That ship had sailed. We’re talking about eliminating and then keeping COVID out of Hawaii (and Iceland, and New Zealand, and other islands and small countries). Hawaii has kept out rabies, snakes, and In-n-out Burger. With enough technology, leadership, and money applied, it’s possible.
