Consensus on response time from DOT?...... I filed my DOT complaint last Friday (May 8), and have not received any sort of reply from DOT other than the automated email of my complaint copy which I received because I checked the box.... I will just sit tight a few more days with regard to DOT because I intend to call UA again on the weekend to see if the CSRs are up-to-date on new DOT guidance....otherwise I intend to file second DOT complaint citing my initial complaint and amending it with the DOT's recent guidance.... just want to make sure I don't screw up my chances for a full refund with too many complaints in the system. ... my flight is scheduled for next Thurs, it has a change in departure time > 2 hrs and ticket purchased in Dec 2019.... so I am sort of pushing the limit
