No more TSA Precheck at D/E at PHL. At least since my flight in late April. You get pre-check lite but you still have to wait in line....
A lot of airports are like this now. Just yesterday at LAX and LAS - one line and ID checker provides card to go through metal detector w/ shoes on, but laptops/iPads out. Clear helps you get to front of TSA line, but don't forget to ask for card as he/she waves you through (where applicable). OGG still has it's PreCheck line going during some hours.
