And in more recent airline news, Emirates CEO Tim Clark recently said in an interview "We know the A380 is over, the 747 is over but the A350 and 787 will always have a place".

Plus, Delta CEO Ed Bastian has now announced the airline will remove all eighteen 777 aircraft from its fleet by the end of this year and will rely instead on its A330 and A350 aircraft for long haul flying.
