I do agree with Kiwi Flyer. Being Diamond, I do not remember when I was Gold, however, now I get always free breafast, upgraded rooms almost all the time at Hilton, and lounge when available.
The only bad thing with the HH program: since you are Diamond, you never get promotion, and take time to get significant # of points.
