Possibly.

1 - Cancelled flights give you Travel Funds good for at least a year. Assuming anyone that is dealing with buying and/or insurance normally flies enough to use them again at some point.

2 - Insurance - not sure what insurance, but in all our flying, I can not think of a time when I bought travel insurance or would of/ could of used it. But, I guess some folks travel is such that it might be worth it.
