Hi

– apologies if this has been covered elsewhere. Feel free to move/delete if so.

I’ve got a TP redemption booking for Italy coming up at the end of July. Due to work commitments (I will need to catch up on lost revenue!) I might not be able to take this planned holiday and have to postpone until 2021.

I've tried phoning Marriott CS (020 7012 7312) daily, to check out my options, but the phone line seems dead.

Does anyone think if I were to contact the hotel directly, they'd be able to transfer my booking to next year, keeping the TP in-tact? Does it matter that the TP certificate will have expired by then?

The hotel is the same Category as when I booked, no change there.

Any and all advice welcome…
