I flew from YYZ to YVR on AC about 2 weeks ago. They were flying a dreamliner (both ways) which was about 30% full, so we had a ton of room to space out. The only service for the 4.5 hour flight was a granola bar and a few bottles of water.

A handful of restaurants were open in YYZ and YVR (more in YYZ).

Overall the experience was pleasant.
