Missing Tier Points with Partner Airline
I submitted a request for missing tier points with a Qantas flight from Perth to Singapore in March. Standard email received asking for Boarding Passes and E-ticket as proof to be submitted via the BA document upload facility. No problem doing that I thought... However the system appears not to be accepting the uploads, as, after running for an hour the first document still not uploaded. I have tried different times of the day/night and the same result. Tried calling to ask what is wrong and lost the will to live waiting! Anybody else having the same experience?
