I'm trying to understand my options if I was to book one of the cheap PE or C offers from Amsterdam to Asia.

If I book the ticket tomorrow for travel in October 2020, can I get the ticket value back as a credit voucher and use for a totally different booking if I change my mind before the end of August? Or am I limited to changing the dates (with same origin and destination) and fare availability as of the day I want to rebook?
