Was your flight cancelled or did it operate as scheduled? Were you starting from FRA (or MUC if there's a nonstop to China) or elsewhere? I assume EC261 applies, but it might help to know details. Also, did you have a RT or OW ticket? Can we assume that your fare rules say that it's nonrefundable? And have you checked the LH CoC (now and at the time the ticket was purchased/cancelled) to see what it actually says about the case where a passenger would be denied entry due to COVID-19 rules. Also, your OP seems to suggest (but doesn't actually state) that you cancelled in advance, but LH says you no showed: which is correct?
