To say the website is temperamental is an understatement. You can try waiting a day or two and it might sort itself out, but it may be that you just have to call. One thing to check is that you are on the same website and country setting that you bought your ticket from. For example if you bought from airfrance.fr with your country set to France, make sure you're not going to airfrance.com. It's supposed to redirect you, but it doesn't always. You can also try the social media teams.
