This is really beginning to go off-topic, but US entities (even with an office and employees) can have non-resident managers and owners.
For example, a friend of mine runs a US company that sells Chinese products to American consumers through Amazon and he has a US employee who takes care of all customer service.
But he himself is a nonresident alien and lives in Europe. He doesn't have a SSN. But the company pays its taxes in the US (it's taxed as a corporation).
Would be interesting if he could get a business credit card for his business. He did get a personal Platinum card using his ITIN.
