Tried to find the answer on BA.com to no avail so hopefully the wonderful collective on here can help prior to me ringing BA.
My OH, father and I (acct 1) were originally travelling to NCE with another couple (acct 2) all booked using avios and in different cabins.
Due to the hotel being cancelled prior to BA cancelling the flights we opted for the travel vouchers

We are considering taking the plunge (if open) on travelling to the christmas markets in Berlin, will I be able to:

1. book everyone on one booking utilising all of the vouchers or
2. book the 2 houshold accounts as 2 bookings or
3. my friends will need to book seperately as I will be unable to use their voucher
