This card had loopholes and was taken advantage of. CNB should have just fixed the flaws (like the $250 credit) and turned this card into something like Chase CSR.
I wholeheartedly agree. They went too far with the gutting of the card all at once. The reason I will be canceling is due to their Priority Pass change. This is about the only $400+ card that does not allow two guests to accompany Priority Pass cardholders.
