The same government that said not to visit pubs and restaurants but left them
open for a week before shutting them down.
The same government that, in SAGE
briefings, made points of showing how the “curve” was lower than the countries in the Continent before suddenly stopping and saying there’s no point in comparing us with anyone as soon as deaths overtook Italy.
The same government that has proven inept at providing PPE to healthcare professionals.
And the same government that counts even the Covid-19 tests that haven’t yielded results yet in the stats (but fails to reach the 100k target it has set itself for April).
