Hi,

I loved the Prince Sakura Tower ( it is walkable to Shinagawa station-down the hill and virtually across the road)- the marriott is a bit further away ( not sure about shuttle buses from the marriott- they had one IIRC but it seems to have dropped off the website).
The prince sakura tower room i had came with a view of Tokyo Tower and the gardens ( shared with the other prince hotels ) were very good and tranquil. Both have lounges for Elites

If going to Osaka /Kyoto and have large suitcase consider the luggage forwarding service from the hotel ( overnight and very reasonably priced) so you only have a carry on for the Shinkansen)
