Oh, I agree with you. I bet we'll come up with millions of miles amongst ourselves.
I didn't even list the 5K with USAIR or 9K with NW, and I'd be curious to know of the 9 trillion how much of that is in batches of 5 to 10 K.
I've become pretty loyal to AA, but do have about 10 segments or more each year with other airlines. If they ever get redeemed, it would be for one of my kids to visit his girlfriend, not a family (of 5) going away on vacation.
But as someone said in the thread, it isn't as hard as you think to add up to that number. Wonder how many expire each year?
