Answered my own question. Dined in at a restaurant in Texas, was able to use the purchase eraser for it. In fact, could probably do it multiple times for the same purchase. Probably a good way to burn off my CapOne miles since I can't travel now and I also have a ton of Citi/Chase/Amex points which are more useful.
