They will generally load schedules updates over the weekend (otherwise known as "Schedule Change Saturday"). However, there is no longer a PDF schedule available for download that shows all the flights. There is a weekly post on airliners.net on Sunday morning called "OAG Changes" (by user enilria) where you can get a good summary of all the route changes.
