I appreciate the response and your opinion but it is really just that....your opinion. You do not represent Chase.

As an FYI, my inquiry was via a private message to Chase, not a call, so it would be difficult for them to claim they didn't know exactly what I asked.

Having said that, I am still leary that I can get the bonus. I will next confirm via a call for the tie breaker.
