The stop would be "Olympiazentrum" on the U3 line - this line does not pass through the central station. You'd need to take the U2 line towards "Feldmoching" first, and then change trains at "Scheidplatz" to the U3 towards "Olympiazentrum" (this is very easy - it's just across the same platform).
The hotel's website says it's only 3 minutes from the subway to the hotel, or a "few 100 meters".
