Thank you all guys. I called Amex and explained the situation. As described above, it doesn't seem to be too complicated a process to do. Out of the 3 agencies i have dealt with its 1 that i am most concerned about...one that is not on the outskirts. I shall give them 1 last chance i think to write something guaranteeing the money.
