If no-one else has a better idea, OP should get going. He can ignore further comments here. Perhaps he will be so kind to update us of his small claims progress until he’s bound by the inevitable NDA as part of settlement.

Proportionate or not, I imagine IHG are strict to encourage members not to abuse the system.
