I have some outstanding refunds from flights that i cancelled early march. These have been done with a couple of major agencies in the UK so it seems very odd to be waiting so long. I just wondered if anyone else has been or is currently in such a predicament? The very odd thing is that when refunding flights i had directly with the airline i got the refund back in a matter of days.
