I don't see hostility, just people trying to get accurate information on what happened to see whether there was a breach
What I see is onfuscation and an unwillingness to be open on exactly what happened , with posts that indicate that rules may well have been broken despite the attacks on those that suggest it
e.g. when asked whether signed up for any targetted promotions for which was not targetted for , a very cagey response - it also seems that there were bookings of points+cash made with the intention to just build an account balance rather than for a booking
Only IHG can say , if it wants to, what the specific cause led to termination, but from information provided, does not read that it is necessarily wrong in its action
