In fairness, I probably could have only visited the counter once had I noticed that the Cadillac key fob went with an SUV instead of a sedan. I just assumed I was getting an XTS. Or maybe I even saw XT# and it didn't dawn on me that XT# denotes an SUV.
If I had to make a list of the worst Hertz stations, Ultimate Choice locations would constitute all of the worst offenders.
You hate SUVs, sunroofs, and Ultimate Choice. I don't think most people agree with you. You've also complained about threads where people post what kind of cars they see at UC locations as useless, but you're posting one-off anecdotes about JAX saying it's one of the best. So that shows that location-specific threads are actually useful.
