Meals are only in F for flights over 2.2K miles. AA is giving out a small white bag (at least in F) consisting of a small bag of nut mix and a bottle of water. I think it's for flights over 900 miles. Alcoholic beverages are still available only in F, if the FA will do a service. Some do, some don't, some do it only if you ask and some are still doing PDBs. Some FAs are pulling out the little snacks to serve to F paxs.

Flight loads are all over the place. Bottom line if you don't want to be sitting next to someone don't fly.
