As others have stated here, if you're flying into/out of the wrong airport with the wrong airport, Priority Pass is a none starter. For example, AF/CDG and LH/FRA/MUC are none starters for me. Also, think about the airports you regularly fly in/out of. For some the Prioirty Pass lounge may not look convenient on the face of it but may be quick and convenient to get around once you are airside (ATL springs to mind).
