My understanding is that each flight is different and can vary week to week. Some to indeed stay the whole week. I heard that some long-haul flights are turnaround where outbound crew is PNC on the return, so I guess they would have double crew onboard. This is also the case with some of the cargo-only flights.

On a side note, it seems like the cargo-only flights usually have a male FA because some of the females were worried about flying with 5 pilots.
