You can probably trade the second-weekend-night-free coups and the 2-for-1 dining coups over on Coupon Connection, but there will be others trying to trade them, too. Other coupons in the book seem to be of lesser or limited "trade-in" value; I often give the transferable ones to co-workers or friends.
