In the Nordics it is mainly Sweden that that is less interrupted. But even then the main difference to the U.K. is school closures, Sweden is still fairly closed down. And Sweden’s numbers look a fair bit worse than Denmark’s.
i don’t want to head off at a tangent but the R0 numbers for both are almost the same.
comments in this thread make no distinction between those already with antibodies (and likely immunity).
in terms of the topic- the more service remains cut back when restrictions lift the higher the load factors will be. it’s like the media moaning that the London Underground was too busy when rather it was that service had been cut too much.
Despite the claims to follow the science there is a point where a political trade off has to be made. And that includes flights. It’s a message weak politicians (Like the U.K.) will try and dodge but it’s unavoidable eventually.
as to the OP - one person’s refusnik is someone else’s realist. And the OP should also consider those who have already had the virus and likely have immunity (the who claims you don’t having been discredited).
