Looking at four flights seating plans, the loads were (F/J/W/Y)
ORD: 0 / 1 / 0 / 20
HKG : 5/21/10/50
JFK: 3/4/2/21
GIB: 3/58
So apart from GIB very light loads indeed (and who pays for 1st at the moment?)

The 14 destinations were:
UK: GLA, EDI
EU: LIS, BGN, AMS, TXL, CDG, GIB
WW: LAX, BOS, IAD, ORD, HKG, JFK

How long before BA matches Easyjet and stops flying entirely?
How much belly cargo were they carrying?
