I also want to thank BA Refund Helper for expediting a refund that had stalled. Once provided with our booking reference he / she promised to process the refund in 48 hours and true to his / her word the funds were back on our credit card account within that timeframe. I was initially concerned about security / privacy but the moderators have conducted some due diligence behind the scenes to verify the veracity of BA Refund Helper. Plus, all I was asked for was the booking reference. No names, BAEC numbers, emails etc.
