I called up on the standard customers service number on Sunday to cancel a flight for June (Amex 2-4-1). Was offered a voucher but as i already have a voucher for another 2-4-1 booking i declined. Points straight back in account, along with the 2-4-1 (with the extended validity). Taxes (minus cancellation fee) were back on the card on Monday. I was really impressed.
