I cancelled a very straightforward LHR-LYS-LHR on 3rd April and I'm still waiting for a refund. Payed for with an AmEx and not through PayPal.

I'll chase up again today, but it's not overly impressive when Easyjet and AirBnB managed to refund within 24 hours!
