Thanks for the info. As you can tell, I've never been to Munich nor taken the U-bahn/S-bahn in Germany.
A question I have is how do I find out the nearest stop to Sheraton Olympiapark and how far a walk from the stop to the hotel? Or should I take a taxi from the hauptbanhof to the hotel?
Looks like the U-bahn/S-bahn is the cheapest way to go but I don't want to be hassled and overwhelmed.
