Something for others to be prepared for: They had to "wire" the money to my CC, so I had to have a bit of extra info and took about 10 days
I'm going through the same thing right now, where they're asking for my account number and SWIFT code. My understanding is that credit cards have no swift code since it is not a bank account. Did they wire the money into your bank account or the credit card? Did they refund you in dollars or the equivalent Mexican Peso?
