I think you're cutting it a bit close. You don't say whether the CX flight is on the same ticket or not, although I suspect the reservation system would not have allowed it. Even if you get picked up at T4 and shuttled over to T3 you can't afford Concorde being more than 10 minutes late. I'd go for the later flight, but good luck!
