Innocent question here, assuming the JL booking is ticketed on JL stock in JL res system, when presenting the itinerary will QF be able to see that the JL ticket is an award ticket vs commercial ticket? Will there be a flag in altea (??) to indicate as such? Or would it rely on the check in agent looking at the fare class on the ticket that the OP presents? They would I assume see the QF is an award ticket.

I'm just saying not in policy, but in practical terms there may be a chance of the JL ticket going through to the keepers, unless flagged in the system. Just being devils advocate here, I don't know the answer one way or the other.
