My annual fee for a Citi Business AAdvantage card posted last month. I couldn't get through to the Retention Department due to the COVID-19 crisis, only a front-line representative. He said the retention department was closed due to the crisis, but I see from others' posts it may have reopened.

At the time, the representative told me the timeline to receive back the annual fee is no longer 60 days. I can't remember if they said 34 days or 37 days. Does anyone know who has recently spoken with Citi recently? Thanks!
