I can imagine that some countries want to find quicker solutions. Most notably Thailand appears a prime candidate.
They seem to love the Chinese recently and will try hard to find ways to also enable other nationalities back in to get the tourism industry at least off the ground.
It may seem improbable now, but I would not be surprised to see the first tourists from Europe and Australia arriving in Thailand in July or August.
